Information on the processing of personal data
Legislative Decree 196/2003 and GDPR 679/2016

The following information provides details on how to manage the personal data of site visitors and users of our services.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text strings that the sites visited by the user send to their terminal, where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same sites at the next visit by the same user.
For the purposes of this, cookies are distinguished in technical and profiling, depending on the function for which they are used, and in first-party and third-party cookies, depending on the person who installs them.

Technical cookies
Technical cookies are used for the sole purpose of “carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communication network, or as strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide this service” (see art.122 paragraph 1 of the Privacy Code).
Technical cookies are divided into navigation or session cookies (they guarantee normal navigation and use of the website), analytics cookies (similar to technical cookies when used directly by the site manager to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site itself) and functionality cookies (allow the user to browse based on a series of selected criteria, such as the language, in order to improve the service rendered to the same).
The prior consent of the interested party is not required for the installation and use of technical cookies.

Profiling cookies
Profiling cookies are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user in the context of web browsing.
The use of profiling cookies requires the consent of the interested party.

Third-party cookies
Taking into account the different subject that installs cookies on the user's terminal, depending on whether it is the same site manager that the user is visiting, or a different site that installs cookies through the first, a distinction is made between first-party cookies and third-party cookies.

Navigation data
The site includes technologies for obtaining statistical data on access, permanence and navigation on the site itself, as well as data of origin and tools used for access.
These data do not allow the identification of the user and the acquisition of personal data.

Cookies
Cookies allow you to use the site to the fullest, allowing you to easily comment, interact and be recognized when you return to the pages. In particular, cookies are implemented by some specific plugins:

Instagram button and social widget
Pinterest button and social widget
Linkedin button and social widget

Block the use of cookies
The user can block or limit the receipt of cookies through the options of his browser.
On Internet Explorer, click on the "tools" item in the menu bar and then on the "internet options" sub-item. Finally, access the "privacy" tab settings to change your cookie preferences.
On Firefox, click on "tools" in the menu bar and then on the "options" sub-item. Finally, access the "privacy" settings to change your cookie preferences.
